X-FIT CONDITIONING

These classes are designed to be simple and effective and focus entirely on building your cardiovascular endurance instead of focusing on the strength or skill component covered in a XFit class.

The workouts are typically no longer the 25 minutes and incorporate some team based work, high reps and functional movement.
