Dane is a Certificate 3 & 4 qualified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) from Charles Sturt University. He uses a variety of different strength training techniques and human movements to achieve client-based goals to help consistently improve people over the long term. He has spent the past 5 years helping people lose weight and train specifically to achieve their varied goals, to run in an event for the first time or ski on a holiday for 5 days without knee pain. Over this time, he has been able to refine his skills and specialize in musculoskeletal conditions to help treat lower back pain and other chronic conditions within a clinical setting.
Dane’s passion is to not only treat his clients but also to educate them to achieve their most healthy state. He does this to empower the individual, so that they can have the tools to be able to achieve their goals and live a more fulfilled and rewarding life.
