Coming from a sporting background, I’ve been active my entire life, playing high level basketball across Australia for the past 12 years, and coaching for the past 5 years, including a national championship in 2015. My experience as both an Athlete and Coach has given me a great understanding of the commitment required to be successful. Both physical and mental preparation has helped me continue to perform at a high level despite a number of injuries.
