Project Description


When I started my fitness journey I was 141kg.

I got into mixed Martial arts and boxing and got down to 77kg in order to compete.

After competing I started powerlifting and bodybuilding and built myself back up to 92kg of muscle.

My ultimate goal is to be able to help as many people in their own goals through my knowledge and experience.
